The Add Override - Org Access button opens a screen to search for an organization unit, to allow access to all the override codes assigned to that organization unit.
To grant access to a specific organization unit and all organization units below it, click on the Add Override Code-Org Access button. Enter the values in the organization unit fields to that organization unit level. In the Classification field, select Grant from the drop down menu. The system allows Pass Through access for all parent structure levels above the Granted organization unit, so the user can retrieve the lower organization unit options. In the following example, the user is automatically given Pass Through access to structure levels 1-2 so that he or she can retrieve the Level 3 structure option of "SJH". Click on the Save button.
To remove access to override codes from a single organization unit, click on the Add Override Code-Org Access button and enter the values in the organization unit fields to that organization unit level. In the Classification field, select Deny from the drop down menu. Click on the Save button.
To remove access to a single override code within an accessible organization unit, click on the Add Override Code Access button. Enter the organization unit and override code value. In the Classification field, select Deny from the drop down menu. Click on the Save button.
Classification
Determines whether the user has access to this organization level (Grant), can only use this level to get to a lower structure level (Pass Through) or is not allowed access to this level (Deny).
Organization Unit
Enter the organizational unit where the override codes are assigned. The organization unit level available and the label name depend upon your organization or corporate structure.
