The Pay Code UDF Categories button opens a screen to view the pay code categories available for this organization unit.
Pay codes are assigned to accumulate into these categories on the Pay Codes configuration screen. Only codes with the Active field set to Yes on this screen are available to be assigned there
Note: For more information, see Configuration section>Time and Attendance card>Pay Codes screen>User Defined Categories tab.
Note: The Pay Code UDF Category information is only displayed on the organization unit level where the pay codes are configured. For example, if the pay codes for your corporation are configured at the Facility level, the pay code information is only displayed when a Facility organization unit record is opened.
Active
Indicates whether this code is active and currently being used by the system (Yes/No). Only codes with this value set to Yes are available for selection on the Pay Codes>User Defined Categories screen.
Code
Short, alphanumeric value to identify this user-defined pay code category.
Description
The label describing the user-defined pay code category.
