Factors

The Factors button opens a screen to view factors currently assigned to this organization unit record, or to add additional factors. Factors are used in the Pay Code Equation to determine employee pay.

Note: Factor options are only available if they have been previously set up under the Factor screen with the Target set to this organization unit level For more information on the fields available when filtering the list or when adding, editing or viewing a record, see the Configuration section>Time and Attendance card>Factor screen.

Depending on the authorization role of the user, the following actions may be available:

Amount

The value of the factor for this specific record.

The following action buttons may be available in the left pane for adding or deleting related records:

After records have been selected in the search, the following additional actions may be available in the left pane:

Reselect Data
