Replicating Staffing Distribution Acuity Values
The values set up for an entire acuity level can be replicated (copied) to another acuity level. The replicated records can then be edited. This reduces the amount of data entry required to set up these records, especially when the values are similar between records (such as the break down for a staffing matrix).
To replicate records from one acuity to another, complete the following steps:
- Set up one of the acuity levels. This set up can either include all the staffing values or just include the matrix ranges before the values are entered.
The staffing distribution ranges can be set up and replicated to other coverage periods before any values are entered. Then, the values can be entered for each coverage period.
- Click on the Replicate Acuity button in the left pane.
- In the Source Acuity field, enter the acuity level of the record that is to be copied FROM.
