The Schedule Incentive Notifications send alerts to employees or supervisors regarding the Schedule Incentive feature.
AgreementSigned--An Employee Has 'Signed' A Schedule Incentive Agreement
This notification immediately informs a user when a new Employee Schedule Incentive Agreement is created. Employees included in this notification are users with permissions to the employee that the Agreement was created for AND have the ability to Approve or Deny Employee Schedule Incentive Agreements.
AgreementStatusE--Employee's Schedule Incentive Agreement Status Was Changed (Employee)
This notification immediately informs a user when the Status of their Employee Schedule Incentive Agreement changes. Employees included in this notification are any employees that have existing Employee Schedule Incentive Agreements.
AgreementStatusM--An Employee's Schedule Incentive Agreement Status Was Changed (Manager)
This notification immediately informs supervisors when the status of one of their employees' Schedule Incentive Agreement changes. Users included in this notification are supervisors with permissions to the employee that the agreement was created for AND have the ability to edit Employee Schedule Incentive Agreement records.
AutoAgreement--An Employee Has 'Signed' An Automatically Approved Schedule Incentive Agreement
This notification immediately informs a user when a new Employee Schedule Incentive Agreement has been created and automatically approved by the system. Employees included in this notification are users with permissions to the employee that the Agreement was created for AND have the ability to edit Employee Schedule Incentive Agreement records.
AutoApproveFail--Automatic Approval Of An Incentive Schedule Has Failed
This notification informs a user when an incentive schedule that was set up for Automatic Approval failed to approve a bid. Employees included in this notification are the Administrator associated with Schedule Incentive. This is a scheduled notification executed once per day. Note: The Scheduled Task that executes this notification is the AutoSchedBidAprv task.
BidCanceled--An Employee Canceled A Bid
This notification immediately informs a user when a bid is canceled. This notification is NOT sent when the Administrator is the employee that cancels the bid. Employees included in this notification are the Bid Administrator associated with the incentive schedule.
BiddingClosing--The Closing Date For Bidding On An Incentive Schedule Has Passed
This notification informs a user when an incentive schedule is set to close on the current day. Employees included in this notification are the Administrator associated with Schedule Incentive. Note: This is a scheduled notification executed once per day. The Scheduled Task that executes this notification is the StaffSchdSubscrp task.
BidStatusChange--Employee's Bid Status Was Changed
This notification immediately informs a user when the status of his or her bid has changed to a status other than Canceled. Employees included in this notification are employees that have requested a bid AND the status of that bid is changed to any other status except Canceled.
BidSubmitted--An Employee Submitted A Bid
This notification informs a user when an employee has submitted a bid on a Schedule for Bidding. Employees included in this notification are the Bid Administrator associated with the incentive schedule.
EmpUnderbid--Employee Was Underbid For A Schedule
This notification immediately informs a user when another employee has underbid a previous bid by the employee. Employees included in this notification are employees that, before this notification, have a low bid submitted but have been underbid by another employee. There is also an Organization Unit Indicator (Org Unit Indicator Schedule Incentive Standard 1) to determine if the low bid is displayed when employees submit a bid, which controls whether this notification is generated.
MgrLowBidTerm--An Employee Has The Low Bid For An Incentive Schedule After The Employee's Termination Date
This notification informs a user when an employee has the lowest bid on an incentive schedule occurring after the employee’s termination date. Employees included in this notification are the Administrator associated with Schedule Incentive for which a terminated employee has the lowest bid. Note: This is a scheduled notification executed once per day. The Scheduled Task that executes this notification is the EmployeeTerm task.
ScheduleClosed--An Incentive Schedule Was Closed
This notification immediately informs a user when an incentive schedule has been approved and closed. This notification is NOT sent when the Administrator associated with the incentive schedule is the employee that closes the incentive schedule. Employees included in this notification are the Administrator associated with the Schedule Incentive.
ScheduleCreated--An Incentive Schedule Was Created
This notification immediately informs a user when a new incentive schedule is created. Employees included in this notification are any employees that have Position permissions to the Profile associated with the incentive schedule AND have employee permissions to submit Schedule Incentive requests.
ScheduleDeleted--An Incentive Schedule Was Deleted
This notification immediately informs a user when an incentive schedule has been deleted. This notification is NOT sent when the Administrator associated with the incentive schedule is the employee that performs the deletion. Employees included in this notification are the Administrator associated with the Schedule Incentive.
SuspendAgmtE--Employee's Schedule Incentive Agreement Has Been Suspended (Employee)
This notification immediately informs a user when the status of their Employee Schedule Incentive Agreement changes to Suspended. Employees included in this notification are any employees that have existing Employee Schedule Incentive Agreements.
SuspendAgmtM--An Employee's Schedule Incentive Agreement Was Suspended (Manager)
This notification immediately informs a user when the status of an Employee Schedule Incentive Agreement changes to Suspended. Employees included in this notification are users with permissions to the employee that the agreement was created for AND have the ability to edit Employee Schedule Incentive Agreement records.
