Processes Notifications

The Processes Notifications are available to send alerts to authorized users regarding system processes.

This notification informs a user when an Alert is generated. Users included in this notification are any employees that monitor System processing, such as a System Administrator.

This notification informs a supervisor when any of his/her employees have a "time off" schedule or calendar for the following week.

Note: This notification occurs during the Daily Maintenance Process on the day equal to the “Employees With Time Off Next Week” Subscription Day parameter.

Pay Code Indicator System Standard 7 determines which assigned pay codes are included in the notification. When an employee is assigned a calendar where the related pay code is set to Y, that employee's name is included in the notification.

Pay Code Indicator System Standard 7 determines whether a specific pay code is included in the Employees With Time Off Next Week notification. Employees with an approved calendar with this pay code set to Y are included in the notification.

Valid Indicator Options:

N	This pay code is not included in the Employees With Time Off Next Week notification.
Y	This pay code is included in the Employees With Time Off Next Week notification.

Note: This indicator is found in the Configuration section>Time and Attendance card> Pay Code screen> Indicators tab> System card.

Activity Code Indicator System Standard 1 determines which assigned activity codes are included in the notification. When an employee is assigned a schedule where the related activity code is set to Y, that employee's name is included in the notification.

Activity Code Indicator System Standard 1 determines whether a specific activity code is included in the Employees With Time Off Next Week notification. Employees with a schedule with this activity code set to Y are included in the notification.

Valid Indicator Options:

N	This activity code is not included in the Employees With Time Off Next Week notification.
Y	This activity code is included in the Employees With Time Off Next Week notification.

Note: This indicator is found in the Configuration section> Scheduling card> Activity Code Screen> Indicators tab> System card.

System Standard Day of Week General Parameter 1 determines which day of the week that the Employees with Time Off Next Week notification is sent.

Valid Values:

Any day of the week, as selected from the drop down menu.

This notification informs a user when System Diagnostic files, submitted by any employee, are not successfully created. Employees included in this notification are any employees that monitor System Diagnostic issues.

Note: This is a scheduled notification executed once per day. The Scheduled Task that executes this notification is the EmployeeTerm task.
