The Device Notifications are available to alert employees about events regarding input devices.
DED Disabled--Deduction Device Disabled Due To Consecutive Communication Failure
This notification immediately informs a user that a Deduction Device has been disabled due to a consecutive number of failed communication attempts. Recipients may be any users that monitor devices for the system, such as a Device Administrator. Note: The number of consecutive failed attempts is defined by a setting on the device.
ED Disabled--Education Device Disabled Due To Consecutive Communication Failure
This notification immediately informs a user that an Education Tracking Device has been disabled due to a consecutive number of failed communication attempts. FingerprintRep--Fingerprint Replication Failure
This notification immediately notifies a user that a Fingerprint Device has failed to upload fingerprint templates to a device, due to a consecutive number of failed attempts. This number of consecutive failed attempts is defined by an EIS application parameter. Employees included in this notification are any employees that monitor devices for the system, such as a Device Administrator.
TA 20 Disabled--TA20 Device Disabled Due To Consecutive Communication Failure
This notification informs a user that a TA20 Device has been disabled due to a consecutive number of failed communication attempts. Recipients included in this notification may be any users that monitor devices for the system, such as a Device Administrator. TelLineFail--Telephony Line Failure
This notification immediately notifies a user when a line failure occurs within the Telephony Server. Employees included in this notification are any administrators that monitor the system.
