Open Current Schedule

The Open Current Schedule button opens a self-scheduling screen for the scheduling period that includes the current date. The screen displays the first day of the current week followed by the remaining number of weeks for the schedule.

Authorized employees can add, edit, and delete their own working schedules. Additional functionality options allow users to trade existing schedules with other qualified employees or to offer unwanted schedules for other employees to accept and work.

The time frames of the availability of self scheduling features are set up in the Configuration section>Scheduling card>Staffing Configuration screen>Self Scheduling tab.

The following pages show the sections of the self scheduling screen and also give instructions regarding using the available functionality.
