Education Attendance Status

The Education Attendance Status screen is used to create and store status options that are assigned to employees enrolled in education tracking classes.

Note: Records coming from the badge readers will have an attendance status of Present.

The Audits tab opens a screen to view an audit trail on additions, edits, and deletions to the open record.

Record Management

Depending on the user's authorization level, the following actions may be available. Note: The options listed below are not available for some screens.

Depending on the page displayed, the following fields may be available. Click on the link to view a description of the fields.

Active

Classification

Indicates whether this record classification is standard, customer, user defined, or replicated.

More About Classification Options

Code

The short alphanumeric name for identifying a specific attendance status option.

Description

The label describing the education attendance status code.

Active

Indicates whether this status record is currently active in the system able to be assigned (Yes/No).
