The Schedule Incentive Search screen is the default screen, used to search for available schedules available for bidding. Qualified employees can submit a bid or view the status of the current bid.
All schedules the employee is qualified to work (which also meet the selection criteria) are displayed. Depending on a preference setting, the results are either displayed in a grid or in a monthly calendar style.
Note: In order for an employee to have Position Permissions to an available schedule incentive, a matching Position Code field must be entered in one of the employee's Labor Distribution records. It is not enough to have a job class/organization unit match to the position; the field itself must have a value.
Grid View
When the grid view is displayed, check the box on each record and then click the folder to open a bid and view the details.
Monthly View
When the monthly view is displayed, a icon is displayed on each day a Schedule Incentive option occurs. Employees are able to scroll through the months to determine if there are Schedule Incentive records on previous or next months. Click the icon to open the screen to submit a bid.
Note: The option to display the calendar view or grid view is set up in the Preferences section>My Preferences card>Search screen>Employee Schedule Incentive Search.
Activity Code
The activity code that is assigned to the schedule.
Auto Approve
Determines whether this schedule incentive record will be automatically approved by the system (Yes/No).
Note: The level of exception that can be overridden when a bid is auto approved is set on the Configuration section>Scheduling card>Staffing Configuration screen>Schedule Incentive Auto Approval Exception Override field.
Organization Unit
The organization unit of the schedule. The levels available and the labels of the organization levels depend on the structure of the corporation.
Profile Code
The profile code that is assigned to the available shift.
Transaction Date Range Begin
The beginning date of the range to search for available schedules.
Transaction Date Range End
The ending date of the range to search for available schedules.
