Canceling a Schedule Incentive Bid

An employee has the access for cancelling a schedule incentive bid if the bid has not been approved. Once a bid has been approved, it cannot be deleted by the employee but must be removed from the Schedule screen.

  1. To cancel a submitted bid, complete the following steps:
  2. From the Actions section>Employee card, select the Employee Schedule Incentive icon.
  3. Enter any search criteria to limit the schedule options returned.
  4. Select the schedule which was bid on by clicking on the folder to the left of the record to open it.
  5. In the Your Current Bid box, click on the Cancel Bid button.
  6. Your bid is now canceled.

    Note: The bid must be canceled before the Closing Date and Time of the schedule.
