Employee Schedule Incentive

The Employee Schedule Incentive screen is used for authorized employees to search for and bid on schedules. Employees can enter criteria to search for available shifts to bid on. Employees can enter a bid and monitor the status of their bid through the Home page>My Schedule Incentive Requests screen.

When an employee submits a bid, the system validates the employee's qualifications, based on the rules set up on the Selection Style. The level of exception that can be overridden is set on the Configuration section>Scheduling card>Staffing Configuration screen>Schedule Incentive Auto Approval Exception Override field.
