Manage Employee PIN

The Manage Employee PIN page enables the maintenance of employees' security Personal Identification Number (PIN). PINs for selected employees can be enabled, reset to the default, or forced to be updated.

The Employee Search displays to select one or more employees for setting authentication. Employees can be selected by name, or groups of employees can be selected by labor distribution, assignment code, etc.

• After entering employee search values in the selected fields, click on the Search button. The results are listed below the search screen.
• To select one or more record, click the selection box to the left of the record to alternately add and remove the check mark. To select/de-select all records in a specific search result set, click on the box above the search results.
• A list displays all selected employees. Any or all of the employees in the list may be selected to require changes to their PIN by checking the box to the left of the name and then clicking on the required action button.
  • Employees whose PIN has been disabled, display a check mark in the Disabled field.
  • Employees selected to have their PIN reset or forced to be changed display with a check mark in the PIN Change Required field.

    Note: If employees are logged into the system when an action is selected to Reset PIN, they are logged out of the system when they move to a new screen.
