Add Special Code Access

The Add Special Code Access button opens a screen to grant or deny a user in this organization unit access to special codes on screens and fields authorized with this role. If a user has access to all special codes in a facility, you can also select specific special codes and set the access classification to Deny.

Note: This button is only enabled if the role has access to special codes.

You can also deny data access to special codes by assigning special code exclusions to unions. The data access associated with an employee's union trumps all other data access associated with their roles.
