Productivity Reporting Category

The Productivity Reporting Category table displays all reporting categories in the system used for grouping productivity data in reports. There are Standard categories; and additional Custom, User Defined or Replicated categories can be added.

The same employee hours can be evaluated using different Productivity Reporting Categories. For example, during a specified pay period, the productivity of hours per patient day can be evaluated. During the same pay period, those same employee hours can be evaluated for the number of tests and procedures that are completed during that time frame.

Reporting Category 1: Hours per Patient Day

Record Management

Depending on the user's authorization level, the following actions may be available. Note: The options listed below are not available for some screens.

Determines if the values from this reporting category are included in the reporting totals (Yes/No).

Classification

Determines if this category classification is Standard, Customer, User Defined, or Replicated. When creating a new reporting category, this value is automatically assigned as User Defined.

Code

The short, alphanumeric value identifying this reporting category record.

Description

The label describing this reporting category.

Display Priority

Number indicating the sequence that this reporting category should appear in reports.

Number

A numeric value identifying this reporting category. When creating new categories, this number is automatically assigned and is not editable.
