Productivity Card

The Productivity card displays screens that are used to define values used in calculation of employee work productivity. These screens also are used to create budgets and standards of productivity, and to compare the productivity of an organization to the standards established on these screens.

Some productivity screens need to be set up before others. The recommended sequence of configuration is as follows:

  1. Productivity Units
  2. Productivity Standard Category
  3. Productivity Reporting Category
  4. Productivities
    1. Standards section
    2. Job Class or Position section
    3. Reporting Categories section

In addition, indicator and/or parameter values must be set on the following configuration tables:

  1. Organization Unit
  2. Job Classes
  3. Pay Codes
  4. Productivity Assignment Table

    Note: Productivity information is entered into the system through the Actions tables, General section, Productivity Input page.
