Home Page - My Expiring Education Requirements
Employees can select the My Expiring Education Requirements card to display on the employee's Home Page. This card lists any education requirements (e.g. courses, competencies) for the employee that are expiring and/or any education requirements that are missing in the employee's record.
From this screen, the employee can click on the course code to open a search screen for locating a class for the selected course. If there is a CBT icon to the right of the record, click on the icon to launch a Computer Based Training course.
Steps to Display the My Expiring Education Requirements Card on the Home Page:
- From the Preferences section, click on the My Preferences card, then select the Home Page icon.
- From the Un-Assigned Sections area, point to the My Expiring Education Requirements option with the cursor.
- Drag the option to the pane for Sections Assigned to the Left Side or Sections Assigned to the Right Side, depending on where this card should be displayed on the Home page.
- To change the position of this section on the pane in the Home page, point to the section with the cursor. Drag the section to the position in the pane. The red arrows indicate where the section will be displayed.
- The My Expiring Education Requirements card is now displayed on the Home page.
