Skill

Skill codes can be used to qualify employees for an assignment by their expertise in the Position and/or Station requirements of the Profile. Employees must meet or exceed the minimum Skill Level value to qualify.

For example, a Registered Nurse may need to have a skill level of 3 or higher assigned to his or her RN position in order to be scheduled as a Charge Nurse. Any RN with a skill level value of 3, 4, 5, etc. would qualify.
