The Positions button opens a screen to view the position codes authorized to work this schedule. These positions are linked to the profile code of the schedule through the Profile configuration screen.
All positions currently assigned to this record are displayed on the screen. To limit the number of records displayed, a filter can be applied. Click on the card arrow to the right of the Filter Criteria bar and enter the filter criteria. When the criteria have been entered, click on the Filter button to apply the filter. To remove the filter and display all records, click on the Remove Filter button.
To remove any of the positions for this shift, check the box to the left of the record and click on the Delete Selected button.

Code
The short, alphanumeric name or abbreviation identifying the position.
Description
The label describing the position code.
Skill Code
Filters the position code list by the assigned skill level.
