Steps for Replicating an Employee LaborView Record
Existing LaborView records can be copied (replicated) and modified. A replicated Employee LaborView record has all the same Selection criteria, Filter and Sort settings of the original record. These settings can be modified and saved in the new record.
To replicate a Standard Employee LaborView record, complete the following steps:
- From the Preferences section>My Preferences card open the Employee LaborView screen.
- From the listing of existing LaborView records, check the box to the left of the record to be replicated.
- Click on the Replicate button in the actions section in the left pane. A copy of the Employee LaborView is created.
- Enter a Name to identify the new record.
The name of the new LaborView being added.
- Make any desired changes to the General, Selection, Filter or Sort tabs in this replicated record.
- When all changes have been completed, click on the Save button to save the changes.
