Steps for Publishing an Employee LaborView Record

To make custom or replicated LaborView records available for other users, the LaborView must be published. If a LaborView is not published, it is only available to the user who created it.

Publishing a new LaborView option:

  1. To share your LaborView with other users, click on the Employee LaborViews button in the left pane to return to the listing of all LaborViews.
  2. Check the box to the left of the new record and click on the Publish button in the left pane.
  3. A check mark appears in the Is Published column to the right of the record to indicate this LaborView has been published. Other users now have this LaborView option when they open their Preferences>My Preferences>Employee LaborView screen.
  4. If users want this option to appear in their Choose a LaborView drop down menu, they need to check the box to the left of this record and click on the Toggle Visibility record.
