Assign Authorization Roles

The following standard roles allow the use of certain Lunch Attestation functions.

Most clients use replicated versions of the authorization roles. The standard roles are listed in the table, but you should work with your corresponding replicated roles.

Same as TA Supervisor, but also able to see their supervisors' data

TA Employee (Request Calendar)

Calendar requests can be used to request a change to the Shift Answer field on the transaction record on the TCS

To assign a role to an employee, complete the following steps.

  1. Log on to Authorization Manager.
  2. Click the Authorization Assignment tab.
  3. In the Employees command group, click Add Assignments.
  4. Complete the steps in the wizard to search for the appropriate employees and roles.
  5. Assign the roles and click Finish.
  6. For additional employees and roles, repeat steps 2 - 5.
