For the Lunch Attestation feature, the No Lunch override code is used. A supervisor will use this code to correct a situation where an employee clocks out and incorrectly states that they did not take a lunch break when they actually did. Instead of removing the incorrectly applied No Lunch special code, the supervisor can add the No Lunch override code to the final out clocking so that pay is calculated correctly and the Lunch Attestation records are accurate.
If you do not have a No Lunch override code set up, request assistance by contacting API Healthcare Workforce Management Client Support by creating a case on Client Connections.
