The Approval card opens screens for authorized users to view and handle employee requests for education transactions, requests to work, schedule incentive bids, trade requests, payroll transactions, and unavailability. Schedule Incentive agreements can be handled and pool reconciliation done from these screens.
Supervisors can also view and approve timecards for their employees, and controllers can approve timecards for their supervisors and reconcile pool employees.
