Locations

The Locations screen gives address, telephone and fax number information for locations used by the system. These can include addresses of different facilities in the corporation, billing addresses, etc.

Note: A value must be entered in at least one field before the record can be saved.

Record Management

Depending on the user's authorization level, the following actions may be available. Note: The options listed below are not available for some screens.

Depending on the page displayed, the following fields may be available. Click on the link to view a description of the fields.

City

Country

Email Address

Fax Number

First Address Line

Mobile Number

Phone Number

Second Address Line

State/Province

ZIP + 4 Code

City

The name of the city/town of the location.

Country

The code for the country.

Email Address

An email address to contact the specified location.

Fax Number

The number required to send fax transmissions to the location.

First Address Line

The first line of the address for this location.

Mobile Number

The number of the cell/mobile telephone to reach this location.

Phone Number

The telephone number required to contact the location.

Second Address Line

The second line of the address (if needed) for this location.

State/Province

The two-character postal code identifying the state, province, territory, armed forces location, etc.

ZIP + 4 Code

The postal ZIP code for this location, including the 4-digit extension, if applicable.
