Authorization Role Tab

The Authorization Role tab opens a screen to search for employees based on their authorization role information.

Depending on the page displayed, the following fields may be available. Click on the link to navigate to the description.

Application License Name

The code of the system application where the role is assigned (e.g. Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Education Tracking, etc.).

Authorization Level Category Name

Determines the authorized level of access associated with a supervisor role (e.g. approver, editor, read only).

Authorization Level Name

Determines the authorization level associated with the authorization role (e.g. administrator, supervisor, controller, etc.).

Code

The authorization role code assigned to the employee. This may be assigned directly to the employee through the Roles screen, or may be "inherited" from the organization unit role assignments.
