Steps for Suspending an Incentive Agreement
It may become necessary to suspend an employee Schedule Incentive Agreement. An employee's authorization to bid on shifts is suspended for an indicated number of days, based on the reason of the suspension. Once the employee reaches the Next Eligible date, he or she must sign a new agreement.
To suspend an employee's rights for Schedule Incentive, complete the following steps:
- From the Actions section>Approval card>Schedule Incentive Agreement search screen, search for the employee Incentive Agreement and open the record.
- Enter a Suspension Reason from the options listed in the right pane.

- The Expired date automatically defaults to the current date, but can be updated.
