Instructor Schedule

This report displays the scheduled classes for instructors during the indicated date range.

The report is sorted by the last name of the instructor. Headings display the instructor name, (work) phone number, and (work) email address. Report fields display the scheduled classes by date, start time, end time, code, description, classroom, and organization unit location of the classroom.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Whether to display the schedule of all instructors (by leaving this field blank) or a specific instructor.
• The beginning and ending date range of the scheduled classes to include in the report.
