Employee Prerequisite Status

This report lists employees who are registered for a class that requires prerequisites and whether they have met the prerequisites or not. This report can be used to verify that employees have completed prerequisite courses before a class is taken. The report is grouped by either class or employee.

When grouped by class, the heading includes the name of the class and the date it is scheduled, the constraint days, and then subheadings for each prerequisite. Fields include the names of the employees currently scheduled for the class, the labor distribution, and the status of the prerequisite for that class.

The employee grouping is broken down by home labor distribution, then employee name and number, then the classes scheduled, and finally the prerequisites for each class. Fields include the prerequisite name, the status of the prerequisite and the start date of a scheduled or completed prerequisite.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The class to include in the report, or leave blank to include all classes.
• The course number of the class to include in the report, or leave blank to include all courses.
• The start date and end date of the date range of scheduled classes to be checked for prerequisites.
• The name of a single employee to run the report for, or leave blank to include all employees.
• Whether to include classes where the prerequisite is met, classes where the prerequisite is not met (missing or scheduled), classes where the prerequisite is scheduled, classes where the prerequisite is missing, or all of the previous status options.
• Whether to group the report results by the scheduled class or by the employee name.
