This report creates a sign-in sheet for attendees of a class. The class is selected from the Scheduled Class Search screen, which provides the information listed in the heading. The printed heading includes the class code and description, course number, class date, start/end times of the class, classroom, and instructor.
An attendee sheet is printed with lines to fill in the employee number, employee name, labor distribution information, job class, and employee signature.
