Categories

This report lists the categories in the system, with the course/competency requirements and/or curriculum assignments.

Report fields display the category name and type (standard, user defined) in the header. If the course/competencies are selected to show, the name, effective date and expiration date of each course is included. If the curriculum assignments are selected to show, the curriculum name, effective/expiration date, mandatory status, frequency, expiration type, carryover, and grace period are listed.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Whether to select a specific category, or include all categories.
• Whether to show course/competency requirements (Yes/No).
• Whether to show curriculum assignments (Yes/No).
