Accrued Educational Expenses

This report lists the employee costs for attending education tracking classes. The report lists the date of the class, the code and description of the related course, and the cost for the class.

The report is sorted by labor distribution, employee, and type of class (education tracking or outside).

This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Whether employees in a certain organization unit, or schedule group.
• Whether to include all employees in the organization unit (by leaving the Employee field blank) or a specific employee.
• Whether to include employees of all job classes (by leaving the Job Class field blank) or only a specific job class.
• The starting and ending dates of the classes to be included in the cost reporting.
• Whether to include internal classes only, outside classes only, or all.
• Whether to show attached notes (Yes/No).
• Whether to display terminated employees (Yes/No).
