Edits Made by Supervisors

This report shows edits made by the selected supervisor to the employees he or she is in charge of. If more than one supervisor record is selected, each supervisor is displayed on a separate page.

The general information includes the pay period, the employee number and name of the supervisor, and the home labor distribution.

Record header field information includes the name of each employee, the screen updated, the audit date, whether the transaction was an insertion, update or deletion, the name of the modifying supervisor, the application, and the description of the transaction.

For each insertion transaction, all the related source fields are listed with the description and added values.

For each updated transaction, all the related source fields are listed with the original description, new description, original value, and new value.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which supervisor to include in the report. Click on the icon to the left of the Supervisor field to search for and select a supervisor.

  This field is only available if a controller is running the report. Otherwise, the report is generated for the supervisor running the report.

• The start and end dates of the range to be included in the report.
• The audit type to include in the report (employee calendar, employee clocking, employee adjustment, employee record, or all).
• The audit classification to include in the report (insert, edit, delete, or all).
• Whether to filter the report results by transaction date or by audit date.
