Authorization Assignment Audit Report

This report shows edits made to authorization assignment data during the indicated date range. Information includes new assignments and edits to assignments for roles.

This report is sorted by date. Fields include the date and time of the edit, the classification (e.g. Inserted, Deleted, Updated), the name and ID of the user who modified the role, application (e.g. application server) and text describing the edits.

When a new role is added, the source of the insertion (e.g. authorization role code, ID, Is Denied, Reference Category or Reference ID) and the value are displayed.

When a role is updated, the source of the update (e.g. authorization role code, ID, Is Denied, Reference Category or Reference ID) the original value and the updated value are displayed.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The user who made the modifications, or leave this field blank to view all modifications.
• The start date and end date of the range to be included in this report.

  Note: Only date ranges less than or equal to 30 days are valid.
