Edits Made to Supervisor's Employees

This report displays edits made to employees of a specified supervisor during a selected date range. The report details are sorted by employee name and then by type of transaction (calendar, clocking, etc.)

The heading includes the pay period range, organization unit, the supervisor's employee number and name. Details include the date of the change, the classification (added, updated or deleted), description, who modified the record, the application, the source field, the original value and the new value (for updates) or Value for added records.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which supervisor to include in the report. Click on the icon to the left of the Supervisor field to search for and select a supervisor.
• The start and end dates of the range to be included in the report.
• The audit type to include in the report (employee calendar, employee clocking, employee adjustment, employee record, or all).
• The audit classification to include in the report (insert, edit, delete, or all).
