This report creates a sign-in sheet for registered attendees of a class. The class is selected from the Scheduled Class Search screen, which provides the information listed in the heading. The printed heading includes the class code and description, course number, class date, start/end times of the class, location and instructor.
Attendee name, facility, department, and job class are printed on the sign-in sheet. Attendees only need to check the Attended box and add their signature.
