Class Attendance

This report displays a listing of employees enrolled in a class and the enrollment status, the transaction status (if applicable) and the attendance status (if applicable) for each enrollee.

Class header includes the course number and description, date, start and end times, instructor(s) and classroom(s).

Field information includes the employee name, employee code, enrollment status, transaction status, and attendance status.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The class to be included in the report, or leave blank to include all classes.
• The start and end dates of the range to include.
• The course to be included, or leave blank to include all courses.
• Whether to include employees with an enrollment status of Enrolled, not Enrolled, or All.
• Whether to include employees with a specific attendance status or select All to include all options.
• Whether to include employees who Passed, who Did Not Pass, or All.
