The staffing and scheduling applications are found on the Scheduling card. These features allow the user to create a schedule, view the schedule, modify the schedule, publish the schedule and archive the schedule. Additional tools within the schedule screen give the user the ability to recalculate staffing needs based on patient census and acuity, locate qualified employees to fill open schedules and run the scheduling process for a single employee.
Step-by-step instructions are given for creating a schedule using the Automatic Scheduling Process, or through Self Scheduling Features.
