The Home Page displays when the user initially logs into system. Some areas of this page can be customized by the user to display specific cards of information, such as cards to monitor the status of submitted requests, announcements, messages, schedules, etc.
The areas of this Home page are as follows:
The buttons in the tool bar open the view to display the cards and screens available within that section. For example, the Configuration section button opens a display of the configuration cards (e.g. Assignments, Benefits, Scheduling, etc.) Buttons are only displayed if the user has authorization to access the screens in the section. |

The salutation welcomes the user to the application. The name displayed in the salutation can be changed in the Preferred Name field found in the Employee record>General screen>General tab. |

The screen can display one or two panes. The information cards displayed in each pane are determined by the options chosen in the Preferences section>My Preferences card>Home Page screen. |

These cards display information for the logged in user, such as selected bookmarks, unread messages, schedules, requests, etc. The top card is automatically displayed open, all other cards can be opened by clicking on the expand arrow on the right side of the card header. The information cards displayed in each pane and the order they appear are determined by the options chosen in the Preferences section>My Preferences card>Home Page screen. |
