DeductIT Code

The DeductIT Code screen stores all the information on the deduction codes currently set up in the system. These codes are used with the DeductIT automatic deductions feature.

The following DeductIT Code sections are available in the left pane when adding or viewing a record.

General

Includes general information on the DeductIT code, such as the code, description, DeductIT Code number, and DeductIT Prompt Resource.

Device Assignments

Opens a screen to search for and select input devices that are authorized to accept this Deduction Code.

Note: The maximum amounts allowed per pay period and the maximum deduction balances are set up on the Configuration section>Assignments card>Range Table screen for a specific assignment.

Record Management

Depending on the user's authorization level, the following actions may be available. Note: The options listed below are not available for some screens.

Adding a New Record

Editing a Record

Opening and Viewing a Record

Replacing Record Values

Searching for a Record

Deleting a Record
