Create a Selection Style
Selection styles define the rules used in many scheduling features, including minimum staffing. Create a Schedule Period Validation selection style for your minimum staffing rules by completing the following steps.
- Click Configuration section > Scheduling card > Selection Styles screen.
- Under Actions, click Add.
- Enter a Code and Description to identify the selection style.
- In the Type field, select Schedule Period Validation and click Save.
- Under Selection Style Sections, click Qualification.
- Based on the types of minimum staffing rules you are creating, drag the appropriate selections from Available Rules to the Selected Rules area.
- Click Save.
If you are creating Minimum Days Off and Minimum Weekend staffing rules, drag both selections to the Selected Rules area.
