Classification Tab

The Classification tab opens a screen to indicate whether the employee is a qualified instructor for the organization and whether he or she participates in an agency, TimeID, or SecurALL, or is an audit-only employee.

Depending on the page displayed, the following fields may be available. Click on the link to navigate to the description.

For each classification option, indicate whether the employee belongs to this classification by selecting either Yes or No.

Agency/Pool Employee

Indicates whether this employee belongs to a staffing pool or agency (Yes/No). To specify the pool(s) the employee belongs to, click on the Pools section button in the left pane and enter the information there.

Audit Employee

Indicates whether this is a TEST employee, only used for testing, and not an actual licensed employee in the system (Yes/No).

Instructor

Indicates whether this employee is also an Education Tracking instructor (Yes/No). When this value is set to Yes, the employee name appears as an Instructor option when configuring a course or a class.

SecurALL Employee

Indicates whether this employee is set up to use SecurALL access control (Yes/No).

TimeID Employee

Indicates whether this employee is eligible to use the TimeID feature (Yes/No).
