The Set FMLA button opens a screen to view the federal and state hours of accumulation used for FMLA processing.
Date Accumulated
The date highlighted and selected on the calendar, indicating when the total state and federal hours are to be accumulated.
Federal Hours
The number of hours accumulated toward the worked hours requirement for Federal FMLA.
State Hours
This field is not currently used in the system for any FMLA calculations. It can be populated manually for tracking purposes but no worked requirement will be checked during the calculations process.
