FMLA

The FMLA button opens a screen to calculate FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) federal and state hours to verify the employee is eligible to take this leave.

Selecting Days:

To select a calendar day when the FMLA will be taken, position the cursor in the heading of the day and click.
To select a range of days, position the cursor on the appropriate day and left click on the first day heading in the range. Position the cursor on the last day in the range. While holding down the <shift> key on the keyboard, click on the day heading. All days from the first day to the last day selected are highlighted.
- To de-select specific days within the highlighted range, hold down the <control> key on the keyboard and click on the day heading to de-select.
To save your settings, click on the Set FMLA button in the left pane.

The following options are available in the Employee FMLA Actions in the left pane:

Month/Year Pull Down	From the pull down menus, select the month and year the family leave is to start.
Monthly/5 Week View	Determines if the calendar view is for a monthly time frame, or for a 5-week time frame, based on month/year entered.
Go	Loads the calendar time frame established with the start date and view established in the previous fields.
Today	Loads the monthly calendar including the current date.
