Viewing the Education Summary
The Education Summary page displays employee class requirements and history based on active labor distributions assigned to the employee (e.g. organization units, job classes, positions, etc.)
This page displays information regarding upcoming assigned classes and classes previously taken.
- If a class is scheduled for the future, the Next Scheduled field contains the date the employee is scheduled to attend the class.
- If a class transaction was scheduled in the past, the most recently attended class displays information in the following fields: Last Taken, Attendance Status, Credits, Hours and Expiration Date. However, only those classes with an Attendance Status of 'Failed', 'Incomplete', or 'Passed/Present' are included on the page.
- Check the Show Nonmandatory and Show Exempt check boxes in the left pane to display those curriculums in the listing.
See the section on Steps for Enrolling in a Class from the Education Summary for further information.
