Paid

Use the Paid button to view the details regarding payment of employee benefits. This option is available after the Benefit Transaction has been saved.

Depending on the page displayed, the following fields may be available:

FMLA Classification

Hours Paid/Reported

Pay Code Paid/Reported

The following additional section options are available in the left pane:

General

FMLA Classification

Indicates whether this benefit paid is a county, federal or state FMLA transaction, if applicable.

Hours Paid/Reported

The number of hours paid by the benefit transaction.

Pay Code Paid/Reported

The pay code paid for the benefit transaction. In the event there was an insufficient benefit balance and no pay code was paid, this field is blank.
