Criteria

The Criteria button opens the screen to view, edit or add the labor distributions currently assigned to this Labor Group. Individual employees can also be added or deleted from the Labor Group from this screen.

Action Buttons

The following Actions options are available in the left pane when a Labor Distribution record is open:

Add Criteria

Add Employee

Delete Selected

Depending on the page displayed, the following fields may be available:

Grade Code

Grant Code

Job Class Code

Organization Unit(s)

Payroll Group Code

Position Code

Project Code

Seniority Code

Status Code

Union Code

The following additional section options are available in the left pane:

General

Grade Code

Select the grade code to be included in this labor group, if applicable.

Grant Code

Select the grant code to be included in this labor group, if applicable.

Job Class Code

Select the job class code to be included as a criterion for this labor group, if applicable.

Organization Unit(s)

The appropriate organizational code(s) display depending upon your organization or corporate structure.

Payroll Group Code

Select the payroll group code to be included as a criterion for this labor group, if applicable.

Position Code

Select the position code to be included as a criterion for this labor group, if applicable.

Note: Organization unit information must be entered before applicable position code values can be displayed in the Field Look Up Values.

Project Code

Select the project code to be included as a criterion for this labor group, if applicable.

Seniority Code

Select the seniority code to be included as a criterion for this labor group, if applicable.

Status Code

Select the status code to be included as a criterion for this labor group, if applicable.

Union Code

Select the union code to be included as a criterion for this labor group, if applicable.
