The Class Enrollment page is used to search for available Education Tracking classes. Employees can then enroll in a class from this screen. Depending on the Enrollment Status of the class, the employee is either immediately enrolled in the class or a class enrollment request is created for the employee for that class.
The system also verifies that the employee has taken any prerequisite courses that are required for the selected course. Depending on the authorization level of the employee, he or she may not be able to register for the class if the prerequisite is not already scheduled or completed.
Employees must enroll in classes within the date parameters defined on the Organization Unit screen. A message is generated if they try to enroll earlier or later than these date parameters.
These value are set up on Organization Unit Parameter ED Solution Standard Integer 8 and Organization Unit Parameter ED Solution Standard Integer 9
