FMLA Exceptions Report

This report shows any FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) transactions that occurred during the indicated date range that generated an exception message. When the results are sorted by exception type, the secondary sort is by message description and then by severity level. Fields include the organization units, employee code, employee name, date of the exception, and whether the exception was handled.

When this report is sorted by organization unit, the secondary sort is by exception type, and then by severity level. The fields include the employee code, employee name, date of the exception, and exception message.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The trunk level organization unit to include in this report, or leave blank to include all.
• The start date and end date of the date range to include in the report.
• The severity level of the exceptions to include in the report (All/None, Critical, Informational, or Warning).
• Whether to display the results with a primary sort by organization unit or by exception type.
