Exceptions Report

This report lists all employees who generated an exception message during calculations.

The Exception sort option is sorted by exception type, the exception message, and then the severity level. Report fields include the organization unit, the employee number and name, the date of the exception, and whether or not it was handled.

The Organization Unit sort option is sorted by organization unit, then exception type, and then the severity level. Report fields include the employee code and name, the date of the exception, and the message.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Whether to include all facilities by leaving this field blank, or select a specific facility (trunk level).
• Whether to include a specific exception category or all categories.
• The start and end date range of the exceptions.
• Whether to include critical, informational, warning or all severity levels.
